TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Partner Program, you must complete and submit the Partner Application Form. Only approved partners may earn commissions.

2. Referral Commission Structure

2.1 Monthly Mobile Service Referrals

Each activated referral qualifies for two commission components:

  • Upfront Commission: 100% of the retail price, minus any active promotional discounts.
  • Trailing Commission: 5% of the retail price (less promotions) paid monthly as long as the customer remains active. If the customer changes plan, the trailing commission adjusts to the new plan price.

Example:

If a customer subscribes to a mobile plan priced at $40 per month and uses a promo code that reduces the cost by $5 for the first three months, your commission would work as follows:

Month 1: You receive an upfront commission calculated from $35 (i.e. $40 minus the promo discount).
Month 2 & 3: You receive a trailing commission calculated as 5% of the retail price after discounts (for example, approximately $1.75 each month).
Month 4 and onward: Once the promotional discount period expires, the trailing commission may adjust (for example, around $2 per month) based on the full retail price.

2.2 Travel eSIMs

Upfront commission: 10% of the retail price, less any active promotional discounts.

Example:

If a customer purchases a travel eSIM for $60, you would earn a commission of $6.

3. Referral Tracking and Management

  • Commissions are paid in USD.
  • Payment is processed on or around the 15th of the month following the referral month. (Example: Referral on August 14 → payment on September 15.)
  • A minimum commission balance of $10.00 must be reached before any payment is issued.
  • Real‑time monitoring is available via your Partner Portal, including the ability to:
    • Manage unique referral URLs directly from the portal.
    • See sign‑up count and dates.
    • Track commission payments.
    • Contact our support team.

4. Partner Payment Details

Payments are made to your chosen PayPal or Wise account, which must be actively maintained.

5. Referral Link and Promo Code

Referral links and promo codes may be shared through any communication channel. If a potential customer clicks your referral link and completes a purchase later on the same device, your credit still applies.

6. Minimum Referral Expectations

There is no minimum count required. However, partners are expected to have an established method for generating sign‑ups (e.g., existing audience, website traffic, active network). The program is designed for systematic referral practices, not individual friends/family referrals.

7. Commission Clawback

If a referred customer initiates a chargeback, cancels, or terminates service after commission has already been paid, ZemSim may recover the commission in the next monthly payout cycle.

  • When Recovery Applies: If a customer's service is reversed by a chargeback or cancellation, ZemSim will deduct the corresponding commission from your next scheduled payment.
  • Scope: The clawback applies strictly to the commission tied to the affected service period. By participating in the program, you acknowledge and accept this commission recovery process as an integral part of maintaining the program's integrity.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

9. Changes to Terms

ZemSim reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
