1. Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to ZemSim. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zemsim.com and the purchase and use of our travel eSIM products. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Products

ZemSim sells travel eSIMs — digital data plans delivered electronically. Each plan provides unlimited data for the number of days you select at checkout. Delivery is by email only; no physical SIM card or package is shipped.

eSIMs require a compatible, unlocked eSIM-capable device (such as an iPhone XS or newer, or most Android 10+ devices). You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM before purchase. If you are unsure, contact us at hello@zemsim.com before ordering.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). The price at the time you place your order applies. Payment is processed securely through our checkout and may be subject to your bank's fees.

When you place an order, we will confirm it by email and deliver your eSIM to the email address you provide. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout.

4. Delivery

Your eSIM QR code and setup instructions are delivered to your email address automatically, typically within minutes of payment, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you do not receive your email, check your spam folder or contact us and we will resend it.

5. Refunds

Because eSIMs are digital products delivered instantly, returns do not apply. We do offer refunds for eligible cases, including delivery failure, compatibility issues and non-functioning plans. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our products and services only for lawful purposes. Data plans are intended for personal travel use. You may not resell, redistribute or misuse any plan, or use the service in violation of any law or carrier policy.

7. Network and Coverage

eSIM service depends on local network operators, which we do not control. Coverage, speed and availability vary by location. We are not responsible for outages, coverage gaps or performance issues caused by local carriers or your device.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on zemsim.com — including text, graphics, logos and designs — is the property of ZemSim and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZemSim is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including network issues, device incompatibility or travel disruptions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
